A 4 hour one-to-one intensive birth preparation course (can be done over one or two sessions) covering essential antenatal education and relaxation techniques. 

Online £180 per couple.

Perfect for those who don’t have the time to do a full Hypnobirthing course, but who don't want to miss out on essential birth prep. 

Available online or in person, usually at your own home. 

A 2 hour refresher class for those who have attended a Hypnobirthing course in the past (regardless of who your course provider was) to recap on key elements of Hypnobirthing including relaxation techniques.

£100 including all course materials.

This course is completely bespoke and we can cover whatever aspects of Hypnobirthing you feel you need support with.

Private one-to-one course for those planning an elective Caesarean birth. These sessions will talk you through the process of a Caesarean birth and provide you with tools and techniques to stay calm and in control. 

All course materials included, plus ongoing personalised support throughout your pregnancy right up until your birth.
