 Go from scared to prepared in just 4 weeks! If you're feeling nervous about giving birth and are worried about how you'll cope with labour, I'm here to help! On this 4 week group Hypnobirthing course, I'll show you how to ditch the fear, build your confidence and have an amazing and empowered birth! I'll show you how to see birth from a different perspective and how to create a strong and confident birthing mindset, so you feel calm and in control, no matter what path your birthing takes. I'll also teach you effective techniques that can help you reduce pain during labour and feel more comfortable. I want to show you that you CAN have an incredible birth experience! 

Classes take place in Prestatyn on Monday evening 6.15pm-8.15pm for 4 weeks starting 28th April. 

Course includes welcome gift box, a workbook, 5 x hypnosis & relaxation tracks, additional handouts (including birth planning template) and ongoing support right up until you give birth!
