This 3 week in person group Hypnobirthing programme in Prestatyn enables you to transform your mindset and release your fears around birth, so you can have the birth you deserve! You'll learn how to work WITH your body during labour and how to avoid the most common pitfalls that can lead to a more difficult birth. You'll be equipped with tools and techniques to help you stay calm and in control, and to reduce pain naturally during labour. Classes are taught in my home in Prestatyn on Monday evenings 6.15pm-8.30pm for 3 weeks starting Monday 2nd March.

£195 per couple. Includes ongoing support right up to birth.
