Baby Massage & Yoga Courses

This is an introduction to baby massage and is perfect for babies aged 6-8 weeks up to around 5 months. The classes are held in Trinity Church Hall in Prestatyn on a Wednesday morning from 9.30am until 10.45am. Learn a nurturing full body baby massage routine and spend time bonding with your beautiful baby while connecting with other like-minded parents.

This is an ideal follow-on from the introductory Little Dreamers course and is perfect for babies aged 3 months and older. These classes are held in Trinity Church Hall in Prestatyn on a Wednesday morning at 11am. Continue to practise relaxing massage with your baby each week, whilst learning some gentle baby yoga stretches and movements. Enjoy chatting to other parents and take some time out of a hectic world, to slow down, relax and unwind. 

Little Poppets is an introductory Baby Yoga course and is suitable for babies aged from 12 weeks up to pre-crawling. Perfect for those who need a bit more stimulation, these classes combine Baby Yoga with dry massage, songs and bubbles!

Classes are each Thursday morning at 9.30am. Continue to support your baby's physical, emotional and social development whilst having lots of fun! 

Suitable for babies aged 12 weeks up to pre-crawling.

Little Tiddlers is the ideal follow-on course for babies who have graduated from the Little Poppets Baby Yoga classes and for those who are on the move! These fun-filled classes combine Baby Yoga, dry massage, songs, bubbles and free play! 

Classes are each Thursday morning at 11am. 

Suitable for babies aged 6-7 months up to pre-walking. 

6 week introductory course. 

Suitable for babies over 6 weeks of age.

Trinity Church Hall, Prestatyn.  

Class dates: 15th, 22nd, 29th January, 5th, 12th & 19th February.

 9.30-10.45am   

£58.50 for all classes including a graduation class in the final week and a certificate upon completion.

Organic massage oil included.
