Hello, I’m Sian! I'm a fully qualified and insured antenatal and Hypnobirthing teacher, and baby massage instructor, based in Prestatyn in North Wales.
Whether you're pregnant or have already welcomed your precious little one into the world, I'm here to support you on your journey through pregnancy, birth and early parenthood.
I teach evidence-based Hypnobirthing and baby massage classes and my aim is to empower you, equip you with essential techniques and knowledge, and to support you as you navigate your journey into parenthood.
No matter what your circumstances are, I've got you!

I currently have 1 space available to work with an expectant mum or couple on a one-to-one basis in November-December.
I can support you to achieve the right birth for you, helping you to alleviate any fears and providing you with a plenty of tools and techniques to help you stay calm and in control during labour. No matter what your circumstances, I'll be there to support you every step of the way and ensure you're fully prepared and feeling confident about your upcoming birth. Available online or face-to-face.
Intensive Group Hypnobirthing Course

This cosy intensive group Hypnobirthing course in November is designed to provide you with all the essential knowledge, tools and techniques you need to have a more confident and positive birth! From the physiological process of birth to optimal birthing positions, creating the ideal birthing environment and how to reduce the likelihood of tearing, we'll cover essential antenatal information and techniques to help you feel calmer, more informed and prepared! After the two initial in person sessions, you'll also receive ongoing support right up to birth!
Class dates: Monday 18th & Monday 25th November 6.15pm-8.15pm,
£125 per couple including all materials.

LITTLE DREAMERS: BEGINNERS' BABY MASSAGE course
You and your little one deserve some relaxation and pampering!
These special and unique Baby Spa sessions are the perfect opportunity for you to spend some precious one-to-one time with your little one, bonding and unwinding in a blissful sanctuary of relaxation! Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with a refreshing drink and welcomed into the warm, dimly-lit, cosy spa area where your baby will enjoy a warm, soothing bath with some gentle sensory play followed by a relaxing post-bath massage. With your baby all snuggled up in a cosy bath robe and slippers, there's time to capture some gorgeous photos of your little one enjoying the spa day! Baby Spa sessions are suitable for babies aged from 8 weeks up to around 6 months or pre-crawling. £20 per session. October and November sessions are currently fully booked but you can join the waiting list for December onwards now!

This 6 week introductory baby massage course in January 2025 is perfect for babies aged over 6 weeks up to pre-crawling. Classes take place every Wednesday morning 9.30-10.45am starting Wednesday 15th January at 9.30am.
Meet other local parents and gain valuable skills and knowledge to help you calm, soothe and settle your baby.
The course is £58.50 and includes organic massage oil, refreshments, gorgeous photo opportunities, a footprint keepsake, a graduation celebration and a certificate upon completion. Just a £15 deposit to secure your place. Prior booking essential.
LITTLE SMILERS: MOVEMENT & MASSAGE course

LITTLE POPPET: BABY YOGA & MASSAGE course
Perfect for those who have graduated from the Little Dreamers Beginners' Baby Massage Course (although you don't need to have attended a course before), these classes allow you and your baby to continue enjoying the magic of baby massage together, whilst being introduced to some very gentle baby yoga stretches and movements.
Classes take place every Wednesday morning 11am-12.15pm for 6 weeks starting 15th January at 11am.
6 classes for £50.00.
Organic massage oil included.

This introductory baby yoga course in January 2025 is perfect for babies aged 10 weeks up to pre-crawling. Classes take place every Thursday morning 9.30-10.45am starting Thursday 16th January for 6 weeks.
Meet other local parents and support your baby's physical, emotional and social development.
The course is £48.50 for 6 weeks and includes refreshments, a graduation celebration and a certificate upon completion. Prior booking essential.

Little Tiddlers classes combine Baby Yoga, dry massage and free play, and are the natural next step for those moving on from the Little Poppets classes. These classes are perfect for babies on the move who need a little more stimulation and entertainment! As well as practising Baby Yoga and a fun dry massage routine, classes include opportunities for story time, fun with the parachute, bubbles, singing and more!
Classes take place every Thursday morning 11am-12.15pm for 6 weeks starting 16th January.
The course is £48.50 for 6 weeks and includes refreshments and a certificate upon completion.
